Jane Coker (tenor sax, mandolin, vocals), Tanya Nolan (guitar, guitjo, ukulele, harmonica, vocals), and Jules de Cinque (bass, uke, vocals). We sing great songs, mostly by women song writers, with lots of luscious harmony vocals.

A 2-hour workshop with Jane Coker introducing the Alexander Technique -a non-strenuous method of becoming more aware of your posture and the way you move and generally “use” your body so that you can improve balance and co-ordination and reduce strain and wear and tear. A series of Alexander Technique lessons from a qualified teacher usually leads to a reduction or elimination of back and joint pain, improved circulation and generally improved wellbeing.
